This is a fully on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and administrative channels as well as face to face Manage enquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and data entry Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively Collaborate with team members to meet service delivery goals About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (call centre, or office administration) Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience working in an office environment Intermediate computer skills, including: Typing and general computer navigation Professional email communication Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Teams) Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Previous government experience Training Successful candidates will undertake full-time, on-site training and nesting for approximately 8–10 weeks (35 hours per week).
