Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive HVAC Service Coordinator to join their Sydney team. This role is central to their service operations, ensuring the seamless scheduling, coordination, and delivery of HVAC maintenance and repair services across multiple commercial sites. You will act as the key link between their technicians, clients, and internal teams - driving field efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience. As a Service Coordinator you will be: Scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians based on job priorities and availability Managing daily workflows using Uptick software, including job logging, updates, and tracking Coordinating planned maintenance and urgent repair works across multiple sites Responding promptly to service requests via phone, email, and online portals Liaising with clients to confirm bookings, site access, and provide service updates Monitoring and following up on AFSS submissions, outstanding parts, and compliance deadlines Tracking job progress, technician productivity, and key service KPIs in real time Preparing service reports, compliance documentation, and client communications Collaborating with the Service Manager and Operations team to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Participating in team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives We would love to talk to candidates with experience within the HVAC or Building Services industry as a Service Coordinator or Service Scheduler. Experience using Uptick software is essential and a solid understanding of compliance requirements is key.
