We’re on the lookout for a skilled Site Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on role and takes pride in running efficient, safe, and well-coordinated job sites. If you’re confident leading from the front, enjoy problem-solving, and can balance people, process, and quality—this role is for you. �� What You’ll Be Responsible For Overseeing daily site operations across multiple insurance repair projects Coordinating trades, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track Ensuring all works align with scope, building standards, and WHS requirements Conducting site inspections, compliance checks, and quality assurance Maintaining accurate project records and updates via management systems Liaising directly with homeowners and stakeholders Assisting with procurement, materials planning, and managing variations �� What You’ll Bring to the Role Proven experience supervising construction sites Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent) Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Valid Construction Induction (White Card) Australian Driver’s Licence Solid knowledge of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital project tools Experience in insurance building (highly regarded, but not essential) �� Why Join Us?
