The Lorian Group is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager or Junior Project Manager to join a construction team based in South Brisbane. This role is suited to either an experienced Project Manager or a Contract Administrator ready to step up, with flexibility around level depending on your experience. The Opportunity You’ll be working within a small, collaborative team, delivering projects valued up to $2.5M across wellness, health, and retail sectors. Projects are primarily based across Brisbane, with the occasional project on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, offering great variety and exposure. Key Responsibilities Manage or assist in managing projects from pre-construction to completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Oversee project programs, budgets, and procurement Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all stages Utilise Procore and MS Project for project tracking and reporting About You Experience as a Project Manager or Contract Administrator within commercial construction Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar) Background in fitout and/or refurb projects Proficient in Procore and MS Project Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects or take ownership with support Why Join?
