We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a busy civil and landscaping project on a sports field. This is a 3-month contract role initially with a hands-on focus on coordinating multiple subcontractors and overseeing earthworks and landscaping works. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, including bulk earthworks and landscaping activities. Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Oversee installation of large lighting structures and other sports field infrastructure. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and project specifications. Report progress to the Project Manager and resolve any site issues efficiently. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Foreman on civil or landscaping projects. Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, landscaping, and civil construction processes. Experience managing multiple subcontractors on-site. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Machine operating tickets preferred.
