In this role, you will: Deliver person-centered, evidence-based nursing care Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning What You’ll Bring Essential: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to respectful, person-centered care Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates Desirable: Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential) About Bene Aged Care Bene Aged Care is a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older South Australians to live meaningful and dignified lives.
