Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to clients in accordance with NDIS standards and organisational policies. Key Responsibilities · Assist and support Registered Nurses in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care · Deliver person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans, relevant legislation, and professional standards · Contribute to the development and review of care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team · Administer medications and monitor client responses to treatments and interventions · Assess, plan, and implement nursing care in line with accepted nursing practices · Assist in coordinating and evaluating care provided to clients · Promote and participate in health education and wellbeing initiatives · Provide personal care support including bathing, feeding, and daily living assistance · Support clients with complex needs, including high-intensity care requirements · Contribute to team development, including mentoring and supporting new staff · Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures Skills & Experience Required · Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification · Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) · At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience · Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community care settings · Knowledge of NDIS standards and person-centred care practices · Strong clinical skills including medication administration and care planning · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team · Current First Aid and CPR certification · National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check What We Offer · Supportive and inclusive work environment · Opportunity to work in a purpose-built, modern facility · Ongoing training and professional development · Career growth opportunities within the organisation · Meaningful work making a difference in people’s lives How to Apply · Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to: or apply online.
