BVCC has an opportunity for a Cook to join the business, based in the Barossa. The BVCC complex is situated upon a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda. The position is on a casual basis, with the view to move to permanent for the right candidate. Daily Operations Food preparation, including pizza making Assist with day-to-day production of Chocolate and gelato range. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Follow recipes, processes, and food‑safety procedures Complete daily production requirements. About You Previous Cook experience preferred Pizza making experience (advantageous) Experience in chocolate or gelati production is desired, but not required Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desirable Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets Enjoy working in a hands‑on, team‑focused environment Roster & Conditions 6‑8 day fortnight (Hours flexible - may suit school hours) Please submit your cover letter and resume to fabal.com.au by COB Friday May 15, 2026.
