We have an exciting, new opportunity for an AI Accelerator Change Manager to join our team! The Accelerator AI Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption, capability uplift, and behavioural change required to embed AI and automation across Wesfarmers’ divisions. Building on established change management practices, this role focuses on ensuring teams successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working enabled by AI.This role requires a tech-forward, AI-proficient mindset, with a strong interest in applying AI, automation and emerging agent-based technologies in a practical business context. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for cross-divisional AI and automation adoption. Assess the impact of AI tools, platforms, and processes and create plans to mitigate risks and resistance. Collaborate with senior leaders, divisions, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and readiness. Design and execute communication plans that highlight the value of AI and automation. Deliver communication, engagement, and targeted training initiatives to support adoption across the Divisions. Develop and roll out role-based enablement and training to support stakeholder adoption. Ensure teams are equipped to use AI tools with emphasis on productivity and decision-making. Establish KPIs to track adoption, engagement, and impact. Address challenges with adoption and cultural shifts toward AI-enabled ways of working What you'll bring to the table 5 years of experience in change management, or digital transformation. Experience managing large-scale change initiatives involving new technologies or platforms. Experience navigating ambiguity and evolving roadmaps. Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Highly adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities. Results-driven with focus on measurable outcomes. Demonstrated AI proficiency or strong interest in AI and automation tools.
