Job Description As a Scrum Master, you’ll act as a facilitator, coach, and mentor—supporting teams to embrace Agile ways of working while removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while coaching teams across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices to uplift capability and maturity. Acting as a true servant-leader, you’ll proactively remove impediments, drive alignment to PI objectives, Definition of Done, and architectural standards, and embed DevOps and fit-for-purpose delivery lifecycles. You’ll work across teams to manage dependencies, support ART-level ceremonies, and foster strong collaboration, all while championing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
