Role Summary An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing non-bank lender in a newly created Lending Team Lead role. This position blends hands-on lending with team leadership, driving performance, coaching capability, and delivering strong customer outcomes in a scaling environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop high-performing lending team; Drive sales culture, pipeline management, and conversion performance; Manage complex and escalated lending applications end-to-end; Allocate inbound enquiries based on risk and team capacity; and Monitor compliance, call quality, and responsible lending standards. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential/home lending; Proven experience leading a team or in a key mentor/coach role; Strong credit assessment and responsible lending knowledge; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
