The work You’ll be joining a team that blends research, strategy and brand experience , ensuring insights don’t just sit in decks but shape tangible outcomes. Projects are varied and stimulating, spanning: Brand positioning and architecture Customer and brand experience strategy Innovation and proposition development Communications and go-to-market strategy You’ll work across a diverse client base, from emerging brands to established organisations, including commercial, government and purpose-driven sectors. What you’ll be doing Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner Translating business challenges into smart research and strategy approaches Designing and delivering quant-led research , with qualitative integration where needed Interpreting data to uncover meaningful insights and craft compelling narratives Contributing to strategic outputs that influence brand, CX and communications Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team dynamic About you You’re an emerging strategist or insights professional ready to step up - curious, analytical and creatively minded. You’ll likely bring: Experience within a market research or insights consultancy Strong grounding in quantitative research (tracking and/or ad hoc) End-to-end project exposure (design → analysis → storytelling) Confidence working with data and tools such as SPSS, Q or similar A passion for brand, customer experience and communications strategy The ability to connect data with commercial context and tell a clear story Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and turning insight into action.
