This is a dynamic, full 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building new school partnerships through to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and supporting educators in their roles. You’ll take ownership of your desk end-to-end, combining business development, relationship management and candidate delivery to create meaningful outcomes for schools and educators alike. You will: Own and grow a portfolio of schools, developing new business opportunities and ensuring day-to-day staffing needs are met smoothly and reliably Proactively secure new school partnerships, building your desk through consistent business development activity Respond confidently to daily bookings and last-minute absences, making sound commercial and staffing decisions under pressure Build and maintain a ready-to-work pool of compliant, high-quality educators Interview and onboard educators, supporting their ongoing journey with ANZUK Partner closely with schools to understand their culture, staffing patterns and expectations Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including role scoping, sourcing, screening, negotiation and placement Maintain accurate compliance records and always uphold child safety standards Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment during peak periods and busy seasons Every booking you make helps a school stay on track.
