Assistant Manager – Tax Review & Client Onboarding | Wealth & Investment Management We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Assistant Manager to join a high‑performing wealth and investment management group. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the review process across a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high‑quality deliverables. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be guiding clients through onboarding, explaining tax positions, and supporting junior staff as they develop. Key Responsibilities Tax & compliance review: Lead the review of financial statements, tax returns, workpapers and compliance documents across companies, trusts, individuals and investment structures. New‑client onboarding: Work directly with new clients to understand their structures, gather information, and ensure a smooth transition into the firm. Client communication: Act as a trusted adviser, providing clear explanations, proactive updates and commercially grounded guidance. Team leadership: Mentor junior staff, provide constructive feedback, and support their technical development. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline review workflows and enhance the client experience. Collaboration: Partner with senior managers to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards and deliver exceptional service. Skills & Experience Strong background in tax review, business services or wealth‑management accounting. Confident reviewing complex structures and explaining technical concepts clearly. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience mentoring or supervising staff is highly regarded. CA/CPA qualified or near completion. Why Join Us?
