Job Description We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Conference & Events Sales Manager to lead our Conference & Events team and drive the successful delivery of events across the resort and Convention Centre. This is a dynamic role combining team leadership, event delivery and revenue generation, where you’ll manage your own portfolio of events while guiding a team to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving repeat business and maximising revenue opportunities, while further developing your leadership capability within a large-scale resort environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Conference & Events team Manage events end-to-end from confirmation through to post-event follow-up Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and satisfaction Identify and drive upselling opportunities across events Oversee event coordination, reporting, and forecasting through Delphi Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless delivery Monitor team performance, KPIs and planner feedback
