An established and growing structural engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their Melbourne team. Located on the CBD fringe with strong project presence across the northern suburbs, this is an opportunity to step into a key technical and client-facing role within a highly regarded practice. The Role You will play a senior role in delivering a diverse range of projects across: Industrial developments (warehouses, logistics facilities) Commercial buildings Mixed-use and residential projects Structural upgrades and refurbishments Key responsibilities include: Leading structural design from concept through to construction Managing project delivery, timelines, and client relationships Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical work Coordinating with architects, builders, and other consultants About You Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering 6 years’ local experience in structural consulting Strong experience in steel and concrete design Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with clients Familiar with Australian Standards and local construction practices What’s on Offer Excellent salary package (based on experience) Strong pipeline of varied and technically interesting projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Clear pathway for career progression If you're looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established consultancy delivering quality projects across Melbourne, this role offers both challenge and reward.
