Responsibilities : Oversee daily store operations and staff management Coordinate between the store and the headquarter Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction Manage inventory, facilities, and store resources Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets Monitor labor costs and implement cost-saving measures Communicate with counselors and center managers as needed Ensure compliance with company operational procedures Perform other store-related duties as required Requirements : Must be available to work on weekends Strong English communication skills required Experience in franchise operations within the food & beverage industry preferred Experience in managing or operating a Japanese restaurant preferred Must be willing to travel for business trips (including regional areas) Must have no restrictions on overseas travel You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
