Key Responsibilities & Experience 1 years’ worth of experience as a Bar Supervisor working in hotels, bars, or restaurants. Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience. Proven knowledge on a range of beverage items, including a strong background in cocktail mixology. Warm, friendly and approachable manor, with the ability to engage with guests. Great communication skills, flexibility and can adapt to the hotels needs. Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
