You’ll play a key role in: Leading service model design and reform implementation Driving commissioning readiness and outcomes-based delivery Ensuring high-quality, accessible, and integrated services Overseeing financial sustainability, performance, and growth Strengthening cross-sector partnerships and system integration This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact. What you’ll be responsible for Leadership & Strategy Translate strategy into clear, actionable service models Lead innovation aligned to sector reform and community needs Service Delivery & Operations Oversee end-to-end service delivery (intake to transition) Improve access, client outcomes, and service efficiency Financial & Business Performance Manage budgets, funding models, and performance outcomes Drive sustainable growth and lead tender opportunities People & Culture Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams Build capability and foster a strong, inclusive culture Governance & Quality Ensure compliance with NDIS, Child Safe Standards, and regulatory frameworks Embed strong quality, risk, and continuous improvement systems Partnerships & Influence Build and maintain strategic relationships across sectors Represent bestchance in key external forums About you You’re a confident and collaborative leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
