As a People Advisor , you’ll partner with diverse business areas to provide practical, values‑driven HR advice across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and delivering solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting to the Manager, People Partners (NPWS), you will provide high‑quality HR advisory services to managers and employees across a broad range of operational HR matters. You’ll work within a team of other People Advisors managing queries through a number of channels, including our HR advisory phone line, shared inboxes and other enquiry pathways, ensuring staff receive timely, consistent and friendly support. You will work within public sector legislation, awards and policies to deliver timely, consistent and customer‑focused advice, while contributing to continuous improvement across people processes and practices. About You You’re a confident and professional HR advisor with qualifications in HR (or a related field), or equivalent experience. You have a strong understanding of HR legislation, awards and public sector frameworks. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating clearly, and building effective working relationships with a wide range of people. You bring sound judgement, integrity, and a strong focus on customer service. Essential Requirements Qualification in human resource or related discipline, and/or relevant equivalent experience.
