This position is Permanent part time working 3 days a week, ideally Tuesday – Thursday 8.30am to 4.40pm. This position is responsible for safety and wellbeing events coordination, health promotion and general administration. The role involves co-ordinating in a timely, efficient and accurate manner the tasks including: Creating, planning, coordinating and promoting Safety and Wellbeing calendar of events and programs throughout the year. Providing Health and Wellbeing advice aligned to our Safety & Wellbeing Strategy to team members for consistent delivery of programs. Support the Group Safety and Wellbeing Manager with administration tasks for both safety and wellbeing. Collaborating with key stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia to support our ‘Safe & Well Every Day at Rheem’ vision, awareness, standards and workplace culture. About you To be successful in this role you will have experience organising and coordinating events and an interest in safety and wellbeing in the workplace. In addition, you will have: Experience in Health promotion within a workplace Ability to use all Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities in a professional and timely manner. Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues as they arise. Ability to effectively present information in a clear and concise manner.
