About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores within your region. You will lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to deliver on sales targets, operational excellence, and customer experience expectations. A key focus of the role will be maintaining momentum across the region, ensuring teams remain engaged, supported, and aligned to business objectives in a high-energy retail setting.
