We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join Commonry and play a pivotal role in bringing our collections to life. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process to deliver ranges that meet Commonry's quality, sustainability, and margin targets. You will oversee vendor relationships, order procurement, and the critical path - ensuring all production is executed on time, to standard, and aligned with the brand's strategic direction. THE ROLE: Develop and implement seasonal critical paths in collaboration with Design and suppliers Coordinate timelines across Planning, Shipping & Retail teams, with regular review alongside the Creative Director Set and communicate key seasonal deadlines to internal stakeholders and suppliers Lead weekly production meetings with Design teams to track progress and resolve issues Oversee order procurement, approvals, and placement, ensuring accuracy across styles, quantities, costings, and delivery dates Review outstanding orders ahead of forwarder deadlines, identify risks, and drive corrective actions Ensure on-time delivery across Womenswear apparel and accessories, consistently meeting in-store dates Maintain accurate and up-to-date production trackers across all categories Collate and report on costings and first margin performance by department and supplier Manage seasonal core costings and bookings, including forecasting, fabric negotiations, and greige bookings Oversee fabric testing, inspections, and factory audits to ensure alignment with brand standards Manage supplier performance and relationships to support quality and delivery expectations Raise and manage claims on faulty product in partnership with Compliance, Shipping, and Accounts teams On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
