Experience in palliative care or advanced clinical practice. Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage complex symptoms independently. Confident in prescribing medications and managing treatment plans. Experience supporting patients across community, aged care, and/or hospital settings. Strong communication skills, including leading end of life and goals of care discussions. Ability to respond to changing or urgent patient needs. Collaborative approach with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
