About the Role We are seeking an experienced Developer to join a high‑performing Agile product team delivering business‑critical platforms and integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role has a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 & Dynamics 365) and Azure‑based integrations. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead and Senior Product Owner, contributing across strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements within a collaborative, cross‑functional squad (Product, QA, DevOps and Design). Key Responsibilities Design and deliver Dynamics CRM‑based solutions and integrations Build secure, scalable backend services using .NET and Azure Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions Contribute to and lead code reviews, documentation and quality practices Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack Collaborate with QA and DevOps to deliver reliable, well‑tested releases Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives Technologies .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core C#, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF RESTful services Entity Framework, LINQ Azure Functions, Logic Apps Azure Service Bus, APIM / API Gateway Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git) Supporting Technologies: SQL Server JavaScript, JSON, XML, PowerShell HTML / CSS (working knowledge) MVC / MVP / MVVM design patterns Essential Experience Minimum 4 years' experience in a full‑stack or backend‑focused developer role Proven experience delivering Dynamics CRM / D365 integrations Strong hands‑on experience with .NET and Azure Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 & Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and API design Desirable: Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions or Microsoft Copilot If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further, please apply via the link!
