Job Description Principal Oracle EPM Solution Architect – APAC Role Overview We are seeking a Principal Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle EPM solutions across our APAC portfolio. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role for an experienced specialist with deep expertise across Oracle’s EPM suite—including Planning, Financial Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Narrative Reporting—combined with a strong grasp of the broader Analytics landscape. You will shape end-to-end solution architectures, drive finance transformation programmes, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The role also plays a key part in pre-sales, solution positioning, and value articulation across the region. Key Responsibilities Solution Leadership Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and best practice. Architecture & Governance Define target architectures, transitional states, and costed roadmaps. Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance frameworks, and design authority. Business Transformation Advise clients on finance process optimisation, operating model design, and adoption of Oracle best practices to drive measurable business outcomes. Cross-Functional Delivery Provide leadership across functional, data, integration, and reporting workstreams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solution delivery. Integration & Data Strategy Own integration architecture (e.g. OIC, APIs), data migration strategy, and reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Stakeholder Engagement Lead workshops, shape requirements, and present solution options to senior business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite. Pre-Sales & Value Realisation Partner with regional and global teams to develop go-to-market propositions, support bids, deliver demonstrations, and articulate value-led business cases. Leadership & Mentoring Coach and develop consultants, foster a high-performance culture, and lead continuous improvement through post-go-live optimisation initiatives.
