Our client, Andrew Miedecke Motors Pty Ltd, is looking for skilled and motivated Motor Mechanics/Automotive Mechanics to join their growing team. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards. About the Role: The Motor Mechanics will work across a range of vehicles, applying their expertise to fault finding, mechanical and electrical repairs, and preventative maintenance. They will maintain workshop tools and equipment and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and fault finding in line with Australian Industry Standards Select and fit the correct parts to complete repairs efficiently and effectively, referring to service manuals as needed Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and servicing to meet industry benchmarks and company quality standards Test drive and adjust vehicles to ensure faults are correctly identified and resolved Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards Deliver exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety regulations Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs Relevant trade qualification Hold or obtain a valid NSW Class C (or higher) driver’s licence Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality What the Company Offers: Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for ongoing training and career growth Apply now!
