The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant focused on great food, clean systems and warm, efficient service. We’re building a strong opening team and want people who show up on time, work hard, and look after each other during busy services.
Title: Multiple Hospitality Roles – Front of House
Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD 4006.
Employment type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time.
Pay: Award rates + penalties + super (aligned to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award and applicable minimum wages/penalties).
Roles available (choose one or more when you apply)
1) Dishwasher / Kitchen Staff (Kitchen Hand)
Dish washing, maintaining a clean/organised kitchen, basic prep, waste management, assisting cooks/chefs during service.
2) Cook
Line cooking and prep, portion control, plating to spec, stock rotation, food safety, teamwork during busy services.
3) Grill Person (Grill Cook / Grill Station)
Operate and manage the grill station during service, cook proteins/veg to spec and timing, maintain grill cleanliness and safe temperatures, coordinate with expo/FOH, prep and restock station, follow recipe and portion standards.
