Penelope is the next evolution of restaurant into nightlife trading. Located on James St, Brisbane, our venue is a classic bistro at heart with a touch of European supper clubs. Part restaurant, part lounge, part bar where the focus is never solely on the food or the drinks or the entertainment; rather, a perfect balance between all three.
Rooted in nostalgia yet undeniably modern, our menu delivers refined yet playful flavors designed for social dining. Our bar showcases expertly crafted cocktails and a curated selection of wines, while our soundtrack of funk, disco, and soul sets the tone for unforgettable nights.
As a section waiter you will expected to -
- Be the main point of contact for the guest
- Deliver exceptional service
- Manage time and be in control of your section
- Help out other sections when there is availability/ demand
- Stay on top of other tasks including, but not limited to, running food and drinks, completing MEP tasks, polishing cutlery, folding napkins etc.
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Maintaining a high level of communication to the host and manager on duty.
