We specialise in providing high-quality steel solutions and various carpentry services, including the first fix of prefabricated steel frames and the high-quality second fix. We are searching for experienced carpenters to join our team in a full-time position. Based in Rossmoyne, you will be working at various project locations within the Perth region. The job requires the applicant to be able to perform the following duties to a high standard: Review drawings and blueprints to determine which materials and installation approach to use Creating and erecting framework and roof structure, and ensuring the accuracy of the build Assemble and install prefabricated structures Install door and window frames Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, and exterior wall cladding Use power and hand tools to cut and prepare timber and fix as required Instal fixtures and hardware such as door handles, locks, cabinets, and alike Essential Criteria: Possess a relevant qualification in the trade Have a minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience in the industry Demonstrated experience in roof structure work Hold a current driver’s license If not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, hold a valid visa with full work rights in Australia The salary is based on 38 hours per week at $75k to $85k per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
