The role As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging UniSuper’s Enterprise Data Platform and legacy BI warehouse to support the data, analytics and insight's function. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineering partners to deliver meaningful, consumable insights. Understand, evaluate and translate business needs into data and technical requirements Design and build reports, visualisations and dashboards in Power BI Develop complex datasets and MVP data models in collaboration with data engineering Present high‑quality insights and recommendations to support decision‑making Improve BI processes, practices and self‑service analytics capabilities Promote data literacy and a strong data culture across the business About you You are an experienced data analyst with strong technical capability and a passion for turning data into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 5 years’ experience in a senior data analyst or similar role in a mature data warehouse environment Proven experience developing and deploying Power BI solutions Strong capability in SQL and Python, with exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks desirable Advanced skills in business intelligence, data visualisation and insight generation Demonstrated stakeholder management and problem‑solving capability Experience in financial services or superannuation and agile delivery models is desirable What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
