The Role Our Rail & Metro team is looking for an Associate Electrical Designer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of major Rail Transport Infrastructure projects across Brisbane and nationally. Key Responsibilities Concept design and delivery of rail projects using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Revizto Ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally and contribute to effective client relationship management Proactively collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverables Mentoring and assisting with the professional development of junior engineers and designers About You Degree in Electrical Engineering or Advanced Diploma 8 years’ experience within an engineering design consultancy Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto Demonstrated experience in transport infrastructure Solid understanding of Australian standards and local regulatory requirements Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant working rights How to Apply To apply, click on the "Apply Now" link and follow the prompts.
