The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Coordinator to join their team. In this hands-on, varied role, you will: Process weekly payroll across Australia and New Zealand, supporting monthly payroll where required Respond to payroll queries and assist with payroll administration Support payroll reporting and workers' compensation processes Maintain the HRIS system (Elmo) and troubleshoot user issues Manage administrative processes including probation reviews, visa checks, and contract reminders Assist with People & Culture reporting (e.g., WGEA, turnover) About You: Strong attention to detail and a proactive "can-do" attitude Experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems Confident in Excel, Outlook, and reporting tasks Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Enjoys learning, growing, and supporting a collaborative team environment Perks & Benefits: Flexible start and finish times Onsite parking Employee assistance and wellbeing initiatives Ongoing training and development programs Leave loading The team value initiative, collaboration, and helping each other grow does this sound like you?
