About the role The Business Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple applications throughout the organisation in accordance with business needs of the organisation. On a daily basis you will: Maintain and support multiple applications throughout the organisation in accordance with business needs Operational functions – analysis, configuration, deployments, and day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business systems. Manage and assist with projects, to ensure business requirements are met and solutions are provided. Troubleshooting of complex issues will be required with assistance from the relevant vendor or internal ICT teams. About You The successful candidate will bring: Tertiary qualifications in technology, computer science, related field or equivalent experience. Professional certifications desirable. 5 years’ experience in systems administration and analysis, with a proven track record of achieving objectives. Previous experience supporting and understanding of various functions within Payroll and HRIS systems will be highly regarded. Experience administering or supporting other business applications ie. TechnologyOne, Onecouncil, Content Manager, ECM, UKG (Kronos), Oracle HR suite Experience working autonomously; assisting with projects while also managing your time to provide support to the organisation.
