Job Title: Scheduling Manager Contract : ASAP - 30th September 2026 Daily Rate : $800-$900 per day super Location : Sydney CBD WFH Work Environment : Large NSW Government ICT & ERP transformation program About the Role: This NSW Government Organisation is seeking a seasoned scheduling specialist who thrives in complex environments, can untangle dependencies and play a pivotal role in proposing a fit-for-purpose scheduling approach with strong automation and reporting background. You will lead the development and governance of an integrated master schedule across a complex multi-stream transformation portfolio, driving an ERP Consolidation program and shared services transformation, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals, customer needs and NSW Government priorities. You will: Lead the development and oversight of the portfolio master schedule, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities. Build, manage, and maintain integrated schedules across programs, vendors, and technical workstreams. Oversee dependency management, critical path analysis, and scheduling risk identification. Provide expert schedule assurance, baselining, scenario modelling, and impact assessments for governance forums. Support Program and Project Managers with scheduling guidance, quality checks, and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate schedule reporting through tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerBI, and SharePoint. About You: 7 years’ experience as a Master Scheduler or Senior Scheduler on large ICT, ERP/SAP, or digital transformation programs. Strong experience with Microsoft Project (expert-level) and schedule governance best practices. Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, multi-stream schedules, and vendor coordination. Background in SAP, shared services, or government transformation highly regarded. Skilled in critical path analysis, scenario modelling, and schedule quality assurance. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, P3O, SAP Activate, or MSP Expert certification highly desirable.
