You’ll be at the centre of it all - coordinating, organising and executing activations that drive revenue, elevate our venues and create memorable guest experiences. From initial concept through to bump-out, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything lands on time, on budget and to a high standard. What you’ll be doing Coordinating end-to-end delivery of activations across AVC venues Working with marketing, venue teams, sponsors and suppliers to bring concepts to life Managing timelines, logistics, quotes and budgets Supporting creative ideas, set-ups, menus and promotional packages Being on the ground during key activations to ensure everything runs smoothly Tracking performance, reporting outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve What makes you great for this role You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment You’re organised, proactive and love bringing moving parts together You’ve got a strong eye for detail and presentation You’re confident dealing with multiple stakeholders at once You’re solutions-focused and calm under pressure You understand venues, guests and what makes a great experience Experience in events, activations or hospitality is highly regarded - but attitude, energy and execution are everything.
