The Role The Head Chef leads all kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional, guest-focused dining experience. This role oversees menu creation, food quality, consistency, presentation, and full compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include cost control, supplier management, and the oversight of a high-performing kitchen team. With food as a signature part of the guest experience, the Head Chef upholds outstanding culinary standards while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with the organisation's values. Skills & Attributes Qualified in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or IV or equivalent). Proven senior kitchen leadership experience (3-5 years). Strong knowledge of food safety compliance and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills suited to fast-paced environments. Benefits & Culture Attractive salary package of $95k-$100k superannuation.
