We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior HR Advisor to be part of our growing team as the business continues to expand. The Role Role Based in our Perth CBD office and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR outcomes across the business. This position suits a mature, proactive HR professional who is comfortable working autonomously, partnering with leaders, and providing practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of people matters. In this senior advisory role, you will: Lead and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver effective people solutions Provide trusted, hands?on advice across employee relations, performance, and workforce entitlements Elevate capability across the business by mentoring colleagues, site?based leaders, and internal stakeholders, to confidently navigate people?related processes and obligations Manage complex and sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion and empathy About You We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Remuneration management, including salary benchmarking and developing competitive remuneration frameworks Performance, development, and succession planning, with experience shaping and embedding structured programs Managing complex casework such as investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Business?focused interpretation of legislation, including industrial instruments Experience within the mining, construction, or resources sectors (highly regarded) In Return You’ll be joining a down?to?earth, collaborative, and high?performing HR team, where your expertise and initiative will be genuinely valued.
