About the position: We are inviting applications for a highly trusted and proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO in a role that goes beyond traditional support. You will play a critical part in enabling executive effectiveness, strengthening governance practices and driving organisational alignment. Operating in a high trust, high discretion environment, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum to the Office of the CEO supporting decision making, tracking strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth coordination of Board, executive and stakeholder activities. Your day-to-day will involve: Provide proactive, strategic executive support including complex diary, inbox and workflow management to optimise the CEO’s time and focus Prepare high quality briefings, reports and materials to support effective decision making and executive readiness Coordinate Board and Committee processes including annual calendars, agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking Track strategic priorities, commitments and key initiatives, ensuring progress, visibility and organisational alignment Support stakeholder engagement including Board members, church partners, donors and sector representatives Provide light project coordination across key initiatives, ensuring follow through on actions, risk, and dependencies Continuously improve systems, processes and digital tools (Microsoft 365 and emerging AI tools) to enhance efficiency and collaboration About you: You are a highly organised and forward thinking Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced, high trust environment. You bring sound judgement, initiative and a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and creating structure that enables others to perform at their best. You are confident operating at Executive and Board level, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships and manage sensitive matters with discretion. You enjoy improving systems, simplifying processes and using digital tools to enhance how work gets done. Aligned to a values driven organisation, you bring a respectful and authentic approach to working within a Christian faith based environment.
