We’re a growing interdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists working together to support children and families in a truly integrated way. We’re looking for a Psychologist who values collaboration, connection, and functional outcomes — and brings experience in educational assessments and learning differences . ð¿ What We Do Differently Joint sessions across disciplines Shared goal setting and collaborative therapy planning A strong focus on real-world, functional outcomes Therapy that supports both the child and their family ð¡ The Role You will support children and adolescents with: Emotional regulation Behaviour and social development Anxiety and mental health Educational and cognitive assessments Learning disorders (e.g. dyslexia, ADHD, learning difficulties) Family support and parent guidance You’ll work both independently and alongside other therapists in joint sessions , contributing to a shared therapy approach. ð About You Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) Experience working with children and families Demonstrated experience in educational assessments and reporting Strong understanding of learning disorders and school-based challenges Passionate about family-centred care Enjoys working as part of a team Open to learning and collaborating across disciplines ð¬ Why In Sync?
