We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, supporting a strong and well established Mackay & Rockhampton region. The Role This is a hands on end to end Account Manager role, responsible for the full customer portfolio across trade, residential and commercial customers. You’ll manage a territory currently in a healthy position, with the focus on maintaining performance, strengthening relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships across a diverse customer base Maintain sales volumes, margins and market presence Provide a high level of day to day customer service Identify opportunities for growth across the territory Work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams Use Salesforce CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline and activity About You Experience in account management or external sales Background in the building, construction or related industries preferred Confident working independently in a regional territory Strong relationship and communication skills Commercially minded and well organised Comfortable using CRM systems and technology What’s on offer Attractive base salary incentives vehicle and home office setup provided.
