ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on Dispatch Supervisor role responsible for coordinating daily warehouse outbound operations to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. You’ll lead and support a team, streamline workflows, and drive performance across safety, efficiency, and customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in optimising processes and maintaining high service standards. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader looking to make a tangible impact within a growing logistics operation. DUTIES • Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of customer orders • Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with drivers and customers • Lead, support, and allocate tasks to the dispatch and warehouse team of up to 10, driving efficiency and performance • Ensure compliance with safety, operational procedures, and continuous improvement of dispatch processes SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated leadership experience in outgoing goods, within a fast paced logistics environment (e-commerce favourable) • Exposure to working on reports, planning and system improvements • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate operations effectively • Solid understanding of safety standards, warehouse scheduling and operational procedures COMPANY CULTURE A forward-thinking and collaborative business with over two decades of history that values its people, fosters a positive team environment, and supports growth through innovation and continuous improvement.
