We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to manage the full operations of our fast-paced food retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business performance, staff management, customer service, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Managing overall store operations including sales, staffing, service delivery, and daily workflow Planning, organising, and controlling business activities to ensure operational efficiency Leading and supervising all team members including recruitment, onboarding, and training Developing and managing staff rosters to meet operational and business demands Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring accurate inventory control Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and WHS requirements Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Monitoring sales performance, controlling costs, and contributing to revenue growth Implementing operational improvements to increase productivity and service quality Maintaining store presentation and ensuring compliance with franchise standards Selection Criteria: Diploma or higher qualification (or equivalent experience in retail/hospitality management) 3 years of experience in a retail or food business management role Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week) Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume via email to
