Our Client, HDM Metal Pty Ltd is seeking qualified Welders/Metal Fabricators to join their team! As a METAL FABRICATOR, you will: Read and interpret drawings and specs Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials Operate shears, press brakes, and other machines Fit and align parts before assembly Join metal sections by welding, bolting, or riveting Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy Maintain tools, equipment, and work area Follow safety and quality standards As a WELDER, you will: Interpret blueprints and welding symbols Set up and operate welding equipment Weld, repair, and assemble metal structures Check welds for strength and defects Grind or finish welded joints as required Maintain tools and observe safety procedures Ensure weld quality meets specifications Follow safety and quality standards Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications for a similar role Australian Citizens & Permanent Residents only Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and safety standards. Basic computer skills relevant to the role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
