This is a hands-on position where your insights will shape client strategies and drive real impact. Support client relationships and delivering proactive, strategic advice Preparing financial statements for a variety of entities within your diverse client portfolio. Preparing and analysing management accounting reports. Conducting tax compliance reviews of tax returns and FBT returns. Working closely with senior leadership on complex client and corporate matters Mentoring and guiding junior team members as part of a collaborative, high-performing team Identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships Playing a key role in the firm's continued growth and reputation in the market About You: You're someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys solving complex problems. You bring a mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen, and you're confident managing relationships. CA or CPA qualified will be desirable. Between 2-4 years experience in a similar role within business services or similar environment.
