We are seeking a Canter Driver to join our Client Field Team, playing a vital role in the collection, transfer and delivery of pets and ashes across our sites and veterinary partners. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a sensitive service environment. About the Role As a Canter Driver, you will support day‑to‑day operations by safely transporting pets and ashes between locations, assisting site teams, and ensuring all transfers are carried out with dignity, accuracy and respect. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where attention to detail, reliability and compassion are essential. Key Responsibilities Collect and transfer pets between sites on a daily basis Deliver ashes to clients and veterinary clinics in line with schedules Assist Area Managers and Cremation Teams with lifting and unloading as required Support vet collections and deliveries across the region Ensure correct cage coordination, pet placement and tagging Maintain accurate records and update Pet Tracker systems Complete manifests, paperwork and reports accurately and on time Maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentation and stock levels Ensure vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements are met Adhere to WH&S, hygiene and company procedures at all times ✅ About You Hold a valid C Class Driver Licence Confident driving a Canter or similar commercial vehicle Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks Calm and professional, even under pressure Safety‑focused with good attention to detail Experience in driving, logistics, field services, courier, transport, or service delivery roles will be highly regarded.
