Initiating, influencing and maintaining relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations. Harnessing and encouraging innovative solutions in response to removing barriers that may impact on the success of the project.
