About the role Reporting to the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the on‑site execution of the construction management plan, overseeing all construction activities, subcontractors, safety and delivery outcomes. You will provide strong site leadership, manage change, and ensure programmed milestones are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and industrial relations. Key responsibilities include: Leading all on‑site construction activities in line with the construction management plan and project program Managing subcontractor performance, labour and supervision resources Coordinating procurement, delivery and installation of plant, materials and site amenities Driving site safety, inductions and pre‑start processes Building effective working relationships with subcontractors, employees, unions and external stakeholders Attending and leading subcontractor progress and coordination meetings Supporting schedule, cost and quality outcomes across the project About you You are a highly experienced Site Manager with Tier 1 building project experience, confident leading large multidisciplinary construction teams in complex environments.
