The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in our Sydney Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. Supporting a Partner and their team, you will be regarded as an integral member of the team who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Diary management; Billing; Ability to manage client relationships well; Take instructions from clients on behalf of the team; Preparation and reconciliation of expenses; Preparing legal documents; Opening and closing of files; Organising events & functions; and File management. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a legal or personal assistant. You will have excellent communication skills, have the ability to priorities tasks, display initiative and have exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
