About the Role We are seeking a strong, hands-on Production Manager to lead operations across a busy and high-performing manufacturing floor. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple large scale projects simultaneously. You will be managing workflow, people, and production outcomes to a high standard. You will oversee a large team - driving performance, accountability, and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations across the factory floor Plan and schedule jobs to ensure deadlines and project timelines are met Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 20-30 staff members Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised manufacturing environment Ensure materials, resources, and workflows are aligned for efficient output Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Work closely with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and leadership About You Proven experience in a Production Manager position Strong leadership presence, confident, decisive, and able to lead from the front Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage teams firmly but fairly demonstrating a no-nonsense, solutions-focused approach Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills Background in manufacturing, construction, joinery, or similar industries is advantageous Focused on outcomes, efficiency, and high standards Why Join?
